If you purchased Stitcher through the mobile app (either through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the refund process will be handled directly by the respective app store. 

Refunds for mobile app purchases are expected to process within 60 days from August 29, 2023. If you do not receive your refund within this time period, please follow the instructions below to initiate the refund process directly through the app store.

Below are the details on how to request a refund:

For Apple App Store users:

  1. Sign in to the reportaproblem.apple.com website using your Apple ID credentials.

  2. Tap or click on "I'd like to" and select "Request a refund."

  3. Choose the reason for your refund request and click "Next" to proceed.

  4. Select the Stitcher app subscription.

  5. Click "Submit" to finalize your refund request.

For Google Play Store users:

  1. Visit the Google Play Store support website by clicking on the following link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244?hl=en.

  2. Follow the provided instructions to submit your refund request.
