Automatic renewals of all Premium subscription plans have been turned off. You don’t need to take any action to cancel your subscription.
Here’s what to expect:
Stitcher Premium ANNUAL subscribers:.
For subscribers with an annual plan that is scheduled to renew prior to August 29, 2023, your subscription will automatically end on its scheduled renewal date.Thereafter, you can use Stitcher's FREE services until August 29, 2023.
For subscribers with an annual plan that is scheduled to renew after August 29, 2023, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining service time on your subscription after the app shutdown. See below for more information about the refund process.
Stitcher Premium MONTHLY subscribers: For users with monthly subscriptions, your subscriptions will remain active until the next monthly renewal date following June 27, 2023.
For example, if you signed up for Stitcher Premium on June 26, 2023, your monthly subscription will remain active until your next renewal date (July 26, 2023). During this period, you will continue to enjoy all the benefits included in your Stitcher Premium subscription. However, even after your Stitcher Premium subscription expires, you will still have access to Stitcher's FREE services until August 29, 2023. This means you can continue to use Stitcher and access certain features without a paid subscription until that date.
Refund Process: For ANNUAL subscribers with a renewal date after August 29, 2023, the refund process will vary depending on how you purchased your Stitcher Premium subscription:
If you purchased directly on the Stitcher website, refunds will be issued by Stitcher to your original payment method. Please make sure that your email address is up to date to receive any important communication regarding your refund.
If you purchased on the Stitcher app through the Apple or Google app stores, you will receive a refund from your respective billing platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Refunds are expected to begin to be processed on August 29th. Please allow up to 60 days to receive your refund.
