Stitcher Premium removes all banner ads (visual ads) and audio ads that run between shows. However, podcasters record ads as part of their podcasts - if these shows are not a part of Stitcher Premium, we cannot remove their advertisements. This is how those podcasts gain revenue to produce their content.

Also as part of Stitcher Premium, we offer an extensive catalog of ad-free shows and exclusive archives that have had their ads removed. These podcasts will have that golden 'Stitcher Premium' stamp on the show icon.

We do allow shows & hosts to have a minimal amount of ads air, only on some, but not all episodes.
