Once you've received your verification code email, you must create a brand NEW password that meets the following requirements. Your old password will be rejected if it does not meet the following requirements.
Password Requirements:
One upper case letter
One lower case letter
One number
One symbol
8 character minimum
If you requested a verification code and you did NOT receive an email and the email is not in your SPAM folder, you most likely signed up using a social sign-in method such as Google sign-in or Facebook sign-in. If this is NOT the case, please contact our support team and they will be happy to investigate this further.
If you no longer have access to the email address on file, please contact support@stitcher.com and provide your OLD email and your NEW email so we can update it for you.
