What Android Auto voice commands are supported by Stitcher?
Stitcher version 3.5 and later supports voice command playback of stations, shows and episodes from your Front Page, Listen Later and My Stations playlists when connected to an Android Auto compatible vehicle, or when using the Android Auto mobile application by itself. Matching is performed on names, titles and subtitles using a proprietary algorithm of up to eight words.
Begin by tapping the voice command button or microphone icon and speaking the word
Play followed by the search words then the phrase
Podcast with Stitcher or
Playlist with Stitcher as shown in the following examples:

Always remember to end with the phrase "with Stitcher" or "playlist with Stitcher" for maximum voice recognition accuracy, especially when a different Android Auto application is in use. Stitcher also responds to the following basic transport commands:
Unfortunately, due to limitations in the current Android Auto voice interface, Stitcher does not support voice commands for Previous, Next, Back-30, Forward-30, Rewind or Fast-Forward. Users must press a corresponding vehicle hardware button or on-screen button for these functions.
